The Federal Government certifies all healthcare service providers throughThe National Health Council.  Specialty Doctors require to be board certified on top of the required general practitioner license.  

Depending on the procedure, your doctor will make a suggestion, we recommend at least two days before surgery so you can be well rested and can take additional tests if needed.

Definitely not, all the service providers we recommend are bilingual and in most Mexican tourist towns english is well spoken, unfortunately French is not. 

Usually, Mexican hospitals and clinics can't bill your insurance companiy directly, however, some insurance companies pay on a reimbursable basis. We recommend contacting your insurance company to make sure they will cover the services and get more information regarding your treatment.
